Marmalad Muffin


Preheat oven to 360°F (180°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line the cups with paper liners.

1) Mix flour, baking powder, salt in a large bowl.

2) Beat eggs + sugar + vanilla with a mixer and add butter and oil and milk . , mix until it becomes smooth and uniform Pour the flour mixture. (If using, pour the batter into the prepared muffin cups and fill each one 3/4 full. pour a teaspoon of marmalade on each capsule and mix with a chopstick

3) Bake in the preheated oven until the tops are lightly pressed, about 25 minutes.

Vanilla :1/2 tsp
Sugar :1/2 cup
milk :1 cup
All purpose Flour : 2 cups
Unsalted Butter (room temperature): 1/2 cup
Vegetable oil : 1/2 cup
Baking powder :1 tsp
Salt: 1 pinch
Marmalade of any flavor you like (blueberry, strawberry) 12 teaspoons
